TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
LOADS:
Frame system designed to resist 80 kg/m2 snow weight, 102 km/hr wind and first degree earthquake conditions (TS 498)

Building length: multiplies of 1.215 m
LOAD BEARING STRUCTURE:
Special bended galvanized, electrostatic powder coated capped profiles. Spaced multiplies of 1.26 meters
TRUSSES:
Spaced multiplies of 1.26 meters. Base and top profiles of trusses are bended profiles produced in roll form machine using galvanised steel.
WALLS:
Building Wall Height: 2500mm
Wall Width: 1250mm
Surfaces: 8mm cemented chipboard on the Cemented Chipboard Panels. In Sheet Metal Panels; Outer panel outer surface electrostatic painted film coated galvanized sheet, inner surfaces are 8mm cemented chipboard, carcass frame galvanized sheet.
Insulation: 35mm Polystyrene (16kg / m3-0.039W / mK) or 50 mm glasswool.
ROOF AND CEILING:
There are galvanized fringes on both sides of the building. Roof coating 0.50 trapeze galvanized sheet (27/200 form), ceiling insulation; 8mm glass wool mattress. Ceiling coating is ; 12.5 mm white plaster, green plaster suspended ceiling in wet spaces.
DOORS AND WINDOWS:
Outer doors: galvanized sheet and electrostatic powder painted. Interior doors are American panel, Rall 9002. The windows are PVC and double glazed.
