PREFABRICATED HANGARS

The prefabricated hangar, warehouse, factory structures are delivered immediately and M profile (Sigma) is used as weight bearing structure. Carrier steel M profiles are produced in the profile machines which are found to be more load bearing than than the other profiles. On the carrier profiles, non-insulated sheet or insulated sandwich panels are used. In prefabricated hangars, the ridge height is 8m and the width is upto 20m. The lengths are as long as desired.

LOAD BEARING STRUCTURE

Columns and beams made of bended 240 / 3mm to 2m 270/4 mm profiles are used as frame. These frames are connected with box profile beams.

ROOF AND FACADE COATING

Roof and vertical coatings are 0.50 mm trapezoidal galvanized sheet metal. On the vertical walls there are CRP light bands on both sides of the building.

DOORS

Hangers are equipped with full-opening double-leaf doors. One of the wings has a service window.
