LIGHT STEEL BUILDING TECHNOLOGY
All galvanized profiles produced automatically with computerized CNC Rolform machines are then combined with steel rivets, screws and anchorage elements using welded construction technology. Buildings can be built from 1floor to 5 floors.
WALL, FLOOR, ROOF
The walls, beams and roof are made of light galvanized C profiles.
LOADS
The loads are determined according to the earthquake and climatic conditions of the area where the structure will be constructed.
WALLS
Wall thickness varies between 16 and 20 cm.
Surfaces: Outer panel outer surface is applied as plaster and paint on siding, yalipan, taconite or waterproof sheet over OSB, if required. Gypsum board is used on the inner surfaces.
Insulation: It is chosen as glass wool or stone wool according to customer's demand in thickness and density determined according to climate conditions.
DOORS AND WINDOWS
Doors and windows according to customer request, PVC or Aluminum, Outer doors; Steel doors, interior doors; American panel. The windows are insulated
